Our aim is to deliver all orders within the specified times with our standard courier services which include UPS, Fedex, TNT, and DHL. On rare occasions when your purchased item is out of stock, we will notify you via e-mail with the estimated dispatch date.
We can organize your order to be delivered to an alternative address. Please use the "shipping address" box on our checkout page.
If you miss your delivery, the courier will either attempt to deliver your order to a neighbor or will leave a card through your door, asking you to contact them to rearrange or redelivery at any time convenient for you.
We are happy to deliver to almost every destinations around the world. Deliveries to EU countries, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada include shipping, taxes and duties. We ship other international orders on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. This means that the recipient should be liable for any local sales taxes, import duties and clearance fees when the product reaches to courier company’s warehouse. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather-related disruptions.
Once goods have been delivered to you, they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.
